Climate Change and Health

While it would be ideal to have the international health community give equal attention and resources to all diseases, that simply is not possible. If they did, the spread would be so thin that nothing significant could be achieved at all. Therefore, I suggest that more resources be directed towards studying vector borne diseases including the vectors themselves. We have studied air and water borne diseases well, and have actually engineered solutions to minimize their effects. However, we have less control on diseases carried by other organisms such as mosquitoes.
