Write down the biggest challenge you have faced in the context of (corporate) digital learning and share it with the course in your journal (make sure your settings are not set to private). If employees are required to take a course online and there are no tangible rewards to be gained from this, such as a bonus or responsibility shift, then what are ways to motivate them to take the course, gain from the course and use the course material to benefit the workplace! Should they be expected to take the course in their own time?
