Write down the biggest challenge you have faced in the context of (corporate) digital learning and share it with the course in your journal (make sure your settings are not set to private). New challenge: being part of a cohort of learners working online only. How to create of novelty and community while learning at my desk?
This is actually a new challenge - I am starting on the adventure of a fully online program. As one who enjoys learning "with" other people, I will be very interested to see whether we are able to develop a sense of community or whether the experience feels very individual. I'll also be curious to see what it is like to learn new things without going to a new space - another traditional part of learning which puts me psychologically in the mood.

In my experience, you can develop a sense of community with a smaller group, on a long(er) period of time. With MOOCs it can be difficult to achieve - Self organized sub groups can emerge, or not... We will see.
