The Digital Learning Perspective
After reading the questions or rather the info graphic provided, I would rather first ask what are the needs or intention of the learners before choosing the tools for it. A questionnaire can be distributed to collect data for better analysis before one side of discussion to launch a digital learning. Another aspect will be, what are the support and budget will this be involving? Funds are always limited in most companies and always we as the coach or in any position to try our level best to build a comprehensive and yet easy to digest for the users to study and get to the point lock into their mind. It is a knowledge that we would like the learner to gain and understanding in the very basic English term that one could improve their own soft skill and also might create a new interest in other field to help to build the individual a clear and decisive future. It is depending on individual needs. In the corporate world, this will be needed to draft out a careful road map that if that particular knowledge need to be taught across, then, this need to be segregated into levels for the learners to learn the step by step and never forget what had been learned from the previous chapter / module. A trial version or testing or pilot run could be taken place before the final roll out. A feedback is essential. To keep it abreast, we would want this to be continued and an awareness training with different questions to have multiple selections to be chosen from to improve the knowledge and this will be part of their performance improvement plan for their individual yearly assessment.
