CCAA | Chinese Contemporary Art Award

I am an Australian living in New Zealand. During the past 6 months that I have begun to have daily personal contact with a range of Chinese peoples. I doubt many of them are artist but like Uli Stigg I believe I can have a deeper understanding of the Chinese through understanding their culture. Up till now my only real exposure has been through contemporary Chinese photography seen at The Queensland Centre for Photography some years ago, most of which did not really impress me, however I'm very prepared to change my view.
The video talk by Stigg I found fascinating as much for the brilliance of Stigg as it was for the works he showed and now I really want to see more.
