my story

I am currently applying the inverted classroom concept in my lecture at University. Half of the lectures I record with PowerPoint and upload them for the students to watch them before the next lesson. Then, we can spend more time on exercises.
For my commercial courses, I plan a first blended learning course for this summer. Webinars will be combined with self-learning and exercises.
I also have a Video course at Udemy.
So far, I have not much feedback. My experience is that it demands a lot of time to make the videos and also the rest of the course material must be better than usually, because you have less opportunities to explain something sponaneaously, to Scribble additional Information at the flipchart or invent new exercises on the fly. All the material which participants use for self-learning must be perfect and self-explaining. Otherwise, they would be frustrated.
