"Klüngel can be good!!!"

"Klüngel" is a word in the cologne dialect. It means that people, who know each other do work together as a natural outcome of their connection with each other - it is a friendly meant word to describe a kind of naturally developed habit, to gather people around you and do business with them. In a way it seems that the CCAA also began like this. A gathering of people all interested in the same subject is naturally keen to produce these people to be working together in some kind of another. And of course they influence each other. Thus you can use the lines in the article on the development of relationsships around the CCAA as kind of a "learning-guidepost" on the subject of "who is who" in the field of chinese contemporay art nowadays.

Hi Gyanda
I fully agree - just use "Klüngel" for going further. In Switzerland we use this word too.
Have a good time and a lot of success by klüngeling
