Climate Change and Health

This question seems not to be easy to answer. If we look around the world we have to recognize that everywhere different problems will appear. I can not see that to priorize a special health impact is useful.
I think the United Nations should demand in the Human Rights. In "The Universal Declaration of Human Rights" we read:
Article 25 (1) "Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services......." Because of this article every government has the duty to save the environment and to do everything to avoid health risks and health impacts for their people.
