Gamification for Martina!

Do you remember Martina from chapter 2?

You already defined her learning objectives.
You helped her create a culture of learning.
Now it is time, to think about gamification for her online training and learning. How can you add game elements and motivate her in her learning journey?

We are excited to see how we can all help Martina out.

Is work rearlly a Game?


Whilst I can see how this type of training could be of benefit in a large corporation I can not see it's benefit to micro companies say between 5 and 25 staff members. The costs involved in developing such a game based training would be massive.

It has been said during this module that this type of training allows trainees to make mistakes without consequences and yes we do not want any crashed aeroplanes.

However, for me there are consequences at work yes I want staff to enjoy there work but work it not a big game.
