Digital learning in my organization has enhanced employees' understanding of the nature and importance of customer service, and has improved customer service delivery.

Digital learning, though leading to positive gains in my organisation, is costly to implement and manage - particularly as my country is going through a recession.

Corporate digital learning has become a mainstay in my service based organisation, and it has become imperative for all new staff members to be indoctrinated in a corporate digital learning environment.

Ideally, when implementing a corporate digital learning initiative, a corresponding and supporting change management strategy should ideally be implemented to manage the change in the organisation's approach to delivery of training, sensitisation and development.
