Migration like any other economic activity revolves with time. To my thinking, 20 years of low economic improvement in the country results to the generation of people who have only one dream to migrate and find future somewhere else like many of the relatives they hear about.
With the receiving countries changing their policies and making acceptance of matured migrants more difficult, early migration seems like a better option. That is, migrate when you are a minor and the receiving country can not take you back that way you integrate in the culture more fast, get a better education and by the time you are matured you are legal to pursue better jobs more than other migrants.
This is my opinion and i maintain the ground to be corrected since i do not have any experience as a migrant or citizenship of majority migrant source country.
