Climate Change is the irreversible distribution of weather/climate conditions over a region which does not change or reverse back over a period of time, say a decade or a century period. It can refer refer to a change in average weather conditions, or in the time variation of weather around longer-term average conditions (i.e., more or fewer extreme weather events with noticeable causative environmental factors which are mainly man-made.
