I am interested in your ideas about a new approach for vocational education for handicapped people. I think that the entrance to the labour market is not easy for people without the right education. Many (young) people have difficulties with learning the basic skills necessary for a professional career. Many new approaches for handicapped people will also be valid for other people willing to get access to the labour market.
Do you want to target the new approach at a specific jobtype or level? Do you give the education to all handicapped people or do you focus just on people with one type of limitation (physical, mental or social)?
