Corporate Digital Learning

One of the resources that I use for learning is YouTube. Working in the IT sector (at least in part anyway) means that there are a lot of fellow geeks out there who like to share ways of solving both common and uncommon IT problems. A solution to a problem is usually just a search away. I would say that this is one of the successful approaches to learning, without needing internal company learning resources to promote JIT learning. The challenge, of course, is when you are using proprietary elements in your IT infrastructure that won't have common YouTube "fix it" videos. In cases like these it's important for the company, I think, to have learning resources available in JIT formats.
