My clients believe strongly in rote learning because their learners are engineers.

Abdul,
my learners are also engineers and believe me, they are of the most difficult ones. They are very much focused and attached to "Hands-on" training that it is very difficult to accept and understand the value of digital learning. Along with my team we managed to implement a kind of blended learning combining both in most of the cases.
