You already defined her learning objectives.
You helped her create a culture of learning.
Now it is time, to think about gamification for her online training and learning. How can you add game elements and motivate her in her learning journey?

The first small step in Gamification would be a success status bar, where she could monitor her progress during the learning session and to see how much she already learned. For everyonline learning unit she gets points, maybe even according to her performance.

For the conflict management and the leadership training there could be a game were she moves the character who has to manage different conflict or typical leadership situations and she has to choose between different options.

For self-organization she could train the skills during an online-task where she needs do prioritize the tasks.
