My Challenges with digital learning in the corporate world

Administration challenges: The remark was about the inflexibility of the systems as well as difficulties associated with the administration, which can be so demanding that a dedicated administrator is recommended, there is no good technical support offered for DL.
Technical aspects: A challenge for many in setting up a DL is not only the customization and integration into existing systems but also the integration of other learning solutions. International companies have problems with different IT standards and bandwidth across many countries. Also, IT security is an issue.
Cost and quality: Development takes a long time and content hosting remains expensive. Often the modules are too long.
Lack of engagement: Many said they feel they have to drive their staff to use the platforms. Engagement from the business side is not forthcoming. Due to the lack of user-friendliness since the platforms are perceived to be more technology-focused than user-focused.
