Corporate Digital Learning

Successes: I produced a lot of Elearning content in recent years. Among those were eLectures, Webinars an Courses in Learning Management Systems.

Challenges: Both as an online learner and a developer of digital learning material I often experinced, that it´s difficult to keep the discipline to continue the learning process.

Learnings: Never forget the social aspect of learning. Some things can be learned without guidance or communication. But producing learning material and putting it online just won´t work.

Recommendations: Invest in high quality learning media, but don´t forget to employ people to run the learning environment.
