THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE: Resistance coming from different levels of the organisation (top management, traditional "classroom" trainers, learners, SMEs, etc)
THE OPEN-EYES LEARNING: "Digital Corporate Learning is like teenage sex: everyone talks about it, nobody really knows how to do it, everyone thinks everyone else is doing it, so everyone claims they are doing it..." (Dan Ariely said this for Big Data but I reframe it for Corporate Learning)
RECOMMENDATION FROM MY HEART: No matter what is your content and context, no matter what tools and strategies you apply, please know in advance what are the real needs and expectations of your learners which if you manage to fulfil, it would lead to better job performance for them. This actually reflects that you really need to care for your learners.
