You helped her create a culture of learning.
Now it is time, to think about gamification for her online training and learning. How can you add game elements and motivate her in her learning journey?

Gamification for Martina

Martina is a new manager and she is how responsible for 3 former colleagues. It does not make sence to develop any kind of elearning with gamification to support her engagement of developing as junior manager, because she works in a small company and developing good elearning and fitting gamification is to expencive.
On the other hand - her situation can be found all over the world in most of the companies. Therefore she can expect to find some helpful cources in the internet.
For example she could take a selfpaced course like "Fundamentals of Management" on Coursera, or "Introduction to People Management" - designed to turn first time managers into great team leaders, this course is on edX.

Don't you think there could be "cheaper" gamification methods that do not require too many resources? Or maybe a combined blended learning solution?
