According to you, which health impact due to climate change should be prioritized on the United Nations agenda?

Since both non-communicable and infectious diseases have serious effects in areas where they are found, I opine they should all be taken seriously by United Nations agenda. This is due to the fact that these diseases are expanding their geographical distribution as a result of climate change.
