Corporate Digital Learning

Hello,
I am Erick from Brussels, an instructional designer specialized in e-learning. I work for the corporate sector after a few years in the higher education sector.

Like many colleagues, I can observe a change in learners' needs. Nowadays, Knowledge has a shorter lifespan. Employees are usually "overwhelmed" (as stated by Bersin). They prefer the type of YouTube quick tutorials.
Should we really forget the sound e-courses we used to design in the past?

I am a bit intrigued by this "Corporate Digital Learning" object. Is it a new and more trendy term than the old-fashioned e-Learning?
