Motivation what an issue!

The biggest challenge we generally encounter is the lack of motivation to start learning with digital resources. The employees generally get bored due to traditional methodology employed (audiovisual learning object with no interaction). The second issue is timing, employee lamented no to have time to follow lessons and doing it outside working hours is not considered. #restoringmotivation #newformatforitaly #timeforlearning
