Successes
- create an awareness about digital learning

Challenges
- sometimes just too much and not very organized, employees are not motivate to go through them
- how to create a desire for employees for self learning?
- how to effectively manage the budget to cultivate a digital learning culture in the organization?

Learnings
- need to consider the objectives, the target audiences in order to determine the right digital learning tool
- it's not 'one size fits all'

Recommendations
- get it well organized, make it interesting to motivate learners and appeal to their emotions
