The biggest challenge in corporate digital learning is change the attitude of learning in a "information transmitting " environment to a active learning environment.
Corporate people often come with traditional formal educated places and what they see as education is again measured by a certificate after completion. It is often changing to directly apply knowledge to workplace, but incorporating with life play interactions learning will make it easier to adapt these changing attitudes.
