Convincing stakeholders and the whole organization that traditional presence trainings doesn't fit any more
Sometimes it's easier to rebuild a broken bridge than realise that nobody uses it anyways :)
Patterns train the mind like a muscle is trained by repetition! Changing these patterns is by definition painful and cumbersome and therefore it is important to lay out a clear path to achievement, while being transparent about the challenge and the pain as well as how each individual, team and the organisation as a whole will benefit.
