According to you, which health impact due to climate change should be prioritized on the United Nations agenda?

In my opinion, the malnutrition must be a priority in UN agenda, because in some cases countries does gathered the necessary food for their people, but because of mafia or the civil war that food is not getting into the household.
On the other way, obesity and the waste of food is a main problem in developed countries, and is killing millions of people of NCDs being the children the most affected by both undernutrition and obesity. And children are the future of humanity, if we do not teach them well and if we don't care about the starvation, what is happening with our society? We are a sick society... we need to change. in Chile we the country with less undernutrition kids but almost a 10% of obesity in under 5 years children.
Now, it is really necessary that UN agreements are binding otherwise is a waste of money and time.
