I have learned, in developing various tools used to extract information, for various end uses, that everyone wants information presented in different ways, and there are endless combinations of data that can be needed quickly. Access to this information, and the ability to deliver it to our customers can set us apart from our customers. Steel 2, and Business Objects, allow for massive data collection. But we need to know how to use that data when we need it, and present it in ways that are not overwhelming but yet also do not sacrifice the data set
