Probably most people think of social media to foster social learning. Of course, this can help. But as mentioned in the video, a humans, we learn from social interaction. Thus, it is crucial, to "create" interaction and communication in the real working world. One should encourage people to talk to each other instead of writing e-mails. The more interactive working is, the more people are able to learn from each other.
